What exactly is Hues n Whispers?
Hues n Whispers is a couple-run studio creating personalised photo prints, frames, fridge magnets and wedding websites from your favourite memories.
How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart and check out with secure online payment. As soon as your payment goes through, you'll see an order ID on screen and get a confirmation email with a quick customization form for each item — share your names, dates, and preferences there, and we'll get started.
I paid but didn't receive a confirmation or customization email — what should I do?
First, don't worry — if your payment was successful and an order number was generated on screen, your order is safe and recorded. The confirmation email usually arrives within a few minutes. If you don't see it within 2–3 hours, please check your spam and promotions folders first, then reach out to us at huesnwhispers+shop@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 94316 34381 with your order number — we'll happily re-send your confirmation and customization links.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital products?
All digital products — invite cards, sticker packs, wallpapers — are delivered via email or WhatsApp as high-resolution files, usually within 2–5 business days after you complete your customization form (sooner for ready-made packs).
Can I request changes to a digital invite design after I receive it?
Yes — one round of revisions is included with every custom invite order. We want you to love it. If you need additional changes beyond that, a small fee may apply depending on the scope.
Can I print the digital invite cards myself?
You're welcome to print them for personal use. The files are delivered in high resolution for exactly that reason. Commercial printing or reselling is not permitted.
How do I install WhatsApp sticker packs?
We'll send you the sticker pack along with a simple step-by-step guide for both Android and iPhone. It takes about two minutes and we're always available if you get stuck.
Photo Frames & Physical Products
How long does a photo frame take to arrive?
Customization takes about 2–4 business days depending on how many customizations your order needs, then shipping takes another 3–5 business days based on your location.
What if I don't like the illustration?
We always share a digital preview before printing — nothing goes to print without your approval. We include one revision round, so there's plenty of room to get it just right.
What sizes do the photo frames come in?
We currently offer two sizes — 4×4 in (compact) and A4 (a good desk or shelf size). A medium size is coming soon. We're not offering larger formats for now.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, physical products ship within India only. Digital products can be delivered to anyone, anywhere — so if you're in the UAE, US, or anywhere else, all our digital offerings are fully available to you.
