Shipping & Returns
We put a lot of care into everything we make. Here's what you can expect once it leaves our hands — and what to do if something ever goes wrong.
Digital Products
Delivery
All digital products are delivered via email or WhatsApp.
Ready-made products (sticker packs, wallpaper sets) are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
Custom orders (invite cards, wedding websites) follow a timeline agreed upon at the time of order — usually 3–7 business days.
Refunds on digital products
Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds on ready-made digital products once delivered.
For custom digital orders, if we are unable to deliver what was agreed, a full refund will be issued.
We always encourage you to reach out first — most concerns can be resolved with a revision.
Physical Products
Shipping
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Currently, we do not ship physical products outside India.
Packaging
Every frame is wrapped with care — bubble wrap, sturdy outer packaging, and a little handwritten note because we believe even the unboxing should feel like something.
We want it to arrive exactly as it left us.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please share a photo with us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — no long forms, no hassle, just a quick conversation.
Returns & cancellations
Since every physical product is made-to-order and custom illustrated, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, before illustration work begins.
After that, a partial refund may be applicable depending on the stage of work.
